Residential landscape maintenance

Recurring care built around the whole property.

A written visit plan keeps turf, beds, shrubs, debris, hard surfaces, and visible irrigation conditions from becoming a collection of assumptions.

How the scope works

A recurring plan should be specific enough to manage.

The walkthrough identifies the recurring tasks, rotation work, access plan, service frequency, and completion reporting. If the property has deferred maintenance, Canyora prices the initial reset separately before recurring care begins.

01

Included in the written plan

  • Mowing where applicable
  • Edging and string trimming
  • Manual bed weeding
  • Light plant grooming and deadheading
  • Leaf and landscape-debris removal
  • Hard-surface blowdown
  • Visual irrigation observations
  • Completion photos
02

What shapes the quote

  • Landscaped area and turf amount
  • Visit frequency and required crew time
  • Number of planting and shrub zones
  • Terrain, stairs, gates, and access
  • Green-waste volume
  • Current property condition
03

Quoted separately

  • Overgrowth or deferred-maintenance reset
  • Heavy pruning or brush clearing
  • Planting, mulch, or soil projects
  • Irrigation diagnosis and repair
  • Major tree or palm work
  • Chemical applications

Property observations

Care includes noticing what is changing.

Completion photos show the visible result of the visit. Property notes can identify a dry zone, broken emitter, declining plant, access issue, or project recommendation without turning every observation into an unapproved charge.
