The walkthrough form may collect your name, company, phone, email, service address or ZIP, property type, service frequency, landscaped area, current condition, desired start date, current provider, property notes, and optional photos.
How the information is used
Information is used to review route fit, understand the requested scope, prepare for a walkthrough, communicate about the request, protect the form from abuse, and measure whether the website produces useful inquiries.
Photo uploads
Optional JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, and HEIF images are stored separately from the form record. Do not upload access codes, identification documents, private records, or images you are not authorized to share.
Measurement
The website includes lightweight data-layer hooks for phone, text, walkthrough, form, estimator, and plan-selection events. No unnecessary marketing script is loaded by default. Integration identifiers remain environment-controlled.
Retention and safeguards
Reasonable technical safeguards are used for stored requests, but no internet transmission is risk-free. Stored records and photos are not exposed through public photo URLs.
